Milan Vagač was born in Bratislava in 1987, he is now living and working in Prague.

He studied at Academy of Fine Arts and Design of Bratislava (VŠVU).

His research was born out of the reflection on the relationship between man and technology.

In contemporary aesthetics, the spectator is more and more fascinated by the seductive surface of the device, never questioning its internal mechanisms; the artist, through the medium of painting, creates illusory surfaces of abstract devices. His works’ surface is only partially painted, in order to reveal its structural elements. Denying the work flatness, the artist reveal its hidden layers and structures.
