We are proud to announce a major institutional solo exhibition for Greta Schödl at the Landesgalerie Niederösterreich in Krems: Spuren meines lebens is opening on 23 May 2026, at 11:00 AM and will last until 08 November 2026.

Greta Schödl (1929, Hollabrunn, Austria. Lives and works in Bologna) is one of the remarkable voices of "Visual Poetry." With her distinctive handwriting, the artist covers a wide variety of materials with words and signs. In meticulous repetition, she transforms words into ornamental patterns between script and abstraction. Rhythmic, meditative visual structures of timeless validity unfold.
